Create targeting from search terms

The "Creating targeting from search terms" feature employs a rule-based approach for keyword and product target harvesting. It integrates reported search terms from a specific period into your ad groups based on chosen parameters and filters.

This tool is designed to efficiently process large volumes of search terms into targeting, allowing operation across multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously.

Currently, cross-account harvesting is not available; harvested terms can only be added as targeting within the same source account. However, alternative methods are available:

  • Download the search terms report from the search terms page and use it to prepare a new upload file.

  • Manually add targeting from the ad groups page.
