To grant a user access to request 'Business reports', update their credentials as follows:
In Seller Central, hover over the gear icon at the top right and click on "User Permissions."
Find the user to update and click "Manage Permissions".
In the "Reports" section, change the 'Business Reports, Sales Summary' permissions to "View & Edit" and 'Business Reports (B2B)' to "View".
Click "Continue" at the bottom to save the changes.
