To grant an amazon ads partner access to an advertising account:
Visit the URL approval link provided by the partner, which will look something like this: https://advertising.amazon.com/advertisingAccounts/{{entity-ID}}/managerAccounts/review-link-request/{{request-ID}}?managerAccountId=amzn1.ads1.ma1.{{manager-account-ID}}
https://advertising.amazon.com/advertisingAccounts/{{entity-ID}}/managerAccounts/review-link-request/{{request-ID}}?managerAccountId=amzn1.ads1.ma1.{{manager-account-ID}}
On the "Review manager account permission" page, set 'Account permission' to 'Editor'.
Click "Approve" at the top right to authorize the account permission.
