To grant a user access to the account 'Performance' dashboard, update their credentials as follows:
In Seller Central, hover over the gear icon at the top right and click on "User Permissions."
Find the user to update and click "Manage Permissions".
In the "Performance" section, click the 'Admin' button to grant maximum available permissions to the account performance dashboard.
Click "Continue" at the bottom to save the changes.
