Granting account 'performance' dashboard access

There are two slightly different methods for granting authorization to manage the 'Performance' dashboard, depending on the type of access required. One method is tailored for individual users with direct access to your account, while the other is suited for service provider teams designated to manage your selling partner account on your behalf.
